Using WebEatery with Clover or Square

WebEatery's deepest integration is with Clover and Square. Here's what connects at setup, how orders reach your staff, and what to expect from your menu day to day.

What the Integration Covers

Native Clover and Square integration with automatic menu import—online orders flow into your existing system from day one. Not on Clover or Square? A dedicated WebEatery order tablet has you taking orders from day one instead.

If you're on a different POS—or none—see The WebEatery Order Tablet.

How Orders Arrive

Orders appear instantly on the POS device, with optional push, email, or text notifications on top.

There's no separate screen to watch and no new workflow to train: online orders show up where in-person orders already do.

Your Menu

The menu imports from the POS at setup and is maintained separately in WebEatery afterward—staff-facing POS menus and customer-facing app menus are deliberately not auto-synced.

That separation lets your customer-facing menu carry the names, photos, and descriptions customers respond to, without touching the version your kitchen runs on.
