Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies WebEatery (Thalione Corp.) ("WebEatery," "we," or "us") uses on webeatery.app (the "Site"), and how you can control them. It supplements the Website Privacy Policy.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small files stored by your browser; similar technologies include pixels, scripts, and local storage that observe or remember something about your visit. Below, "cookies" covers all of them.
2. The Categories We Use
- Strictly necessary — required for the Site to work and to stay secure. Always on; they do not require consent and remain active if you reject all other cookies.
- Analytics — help us understand how the Site is used. Our analytics loads in cookieless mode by default and only sets cookies if you accept this category; if you reject it, it stays cookieless, and we receive only aggregated, modeled data.
- Advertising — used to measure our ad campaigns and reach prospective customers. These do not load at all unless you opt in. Rejecting them, or never opting in, means no advertising tracker runs and nothing is shared with advertising partners.

4. Managing Your Preferences
On your first visit, the consent banner lets you Accept All, Reject All, or manage categories individually—the options are equally available. You can change your choices at any time via the Cookie Preferences link in the Site footer, which reopens the preferences dialog. Your choice is stored in the consent record (see Section 3) and honored on every page.
Your current choice is kept for as long as it remains in force; superseded choices are deleted three years after being replaced, and all consent records are deleted approximately three years after your last Site activity.
5. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
If you opt in to advertising cookies, identifiers and Site-activity data reach Google and Meta for ad measurement and remarketing, which California law may treat as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money.
To opt out of sharing: turn the advertising category off in the banner or the Cookie Preferences dialog—this stops the advertising trackers entirely—or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser. You can also email legal@webeatery.app. This section is the mechanism behind the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the Site footer.
6. Global Privacy Control
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals automatically: a GPC-enabled browser is treated as opted out of the advertising category and of sharing, without needing to use the banner.
7. Changes and Re-Consent
When we add a tracker or materially change a category's purpose, we will update this Policy and re-prompt for consent before the change takes effect for you.
