How Delivery Works
Delivery on WebEatery is optional, and turning it on doesn't change what you pay. Here's who drives, what your customers pay, and how tips are handled.
Who Delivers
Delivery through a third-party driver network, with no commission and no required cost to you—a delivery fee set by distance, never by order size, passes to the customer unless you choose to absorb or split it.
Drivers come from WebEatery's delivery partner network—there's no fleet for you to recruit, schedule, or manage.
What Your Customers Pay
The customer's delivery fee is flat by distance—$7.00 for deliveries up to 5 miles, then $0.75 per additional mile, to a maximum of 15 miles. The driver tip is separate, set by the customer at checkout.

Absorbing the Fee
The delivery fee passes to the customer by default, but that's a choice: you can absorb it or split it if free delivery is part of how you compete.
