From Signup to Live
Onboarding is mostly WebEatery's work, not yours. You hand over a short list of materials, we build the storefront and the branded mobile apps, and the two go live on different clocks.
What We Need from You
Everything onboarding collects fits in one list: a logo and brand colors, the current menu (imported from a Clover or Square POS, an existing online menu, or provided directly), basic business details for the App Store and Google Play listings, and an order-notification preference.
None of it requires technical skills—if you can email a logo and answer a few questions about your business, you can get through onboarding.
What Happens Next
From there the build is handled for you. WebEatery handles the technical side—app development, hosting, updates, and maintenance—with updates pushed automatically through the App Store and Google Play.
Your part during the build is review: confirming the menu came over correctly and the branding looks the way you want it before anything goes in front of customers.
When You'll Be Live
The storefront and the apps run on separate timelines.
The online ordering storefront can be live in a matter of hours.
The branded mobile apps are usually live in a week or two—menu setup, customization, and App Store and Google Play review set the timeline.
You can start taking online orders as soon as the storefront is up—the apps follow when their review clears.
