Text Message (SMS) Terms

These SMS Terms describe the text messages sent in connection with the online ordering storefront and mobile apps of Merchant (the "Restaurant"), operated by WebEatery (Thalione Corp.) ("WebEatery"). By providing your phone number, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. The Messaging Programs

Platform messages (operated by WebEatery). When you sign in or place an order, you will receive transactional text messages—sign-in verification codes and order updates. These messages are requested by your use of the service and are sent only in connection with it.

Restaurant marketing messages (operated by the Restaurant). Where the Restaurant runs a text-marketing program, you will receive its marketing messages only if you expressly opt in. Marketing messages are sent by the Restaurant as the program's sender of record, using WebEatery's messaging tools. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies: platform messages are sent as you use the service; marketing message frequency is described at the opt-in point.

2. Opting Out

Reply STOP to any marketing message to cancel the Restaurant's marketing messages. After you reply STOP, you may receive a single message confirming your opt-out. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional platform messages—you will still receive sign-in codes and order updates when you use the service, since they are required to operate it.

3. Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact help@webeatery.app.

4. Fees and Carriers

Message and data rates may apply; charges are billed by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging may not be available on all carriers or plans.

5. Your Phone Number

You confirm you are the account holder or authorized user of the phone number you provide. If you change or deactivate your number, update your account promptly so messages are not sent to a recycled number.

6. Privacy

Your phone number and opt-in status are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Text-message opt-in data and consent records are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Changes and Termination

The messaging programs may be modified or discontinued at any time. Material changes to these SMS Terms take effect when posted on the Platform.
